Means there is nothing listening on that url, which most likely means you do not have public instance setup or not on that address. If the former, you need to install public instance (Magnolia has to be installed in 2 different instances - read http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/usermanual4/gettingstarted.html ). If the latter go to config:/server/activation/subscribers and reconfigure your subscriber to the correct location of public instance.
