Video component: catch exception that no file is selected for poster

The current video component does not take into account that a user could
possibly select dms or upload without actually selecting a file. Since this
exception is not dealt with, the component throws a freemarker error which will
actually make it impossible to edit any component on the same site (all bars
disappear)!
