When creating a new page (magnoliaAuthor -> Website), the page cannot
successfully be activated.
The page in question does appear in the Inbox, and also "works as usual" (i.e.
disappears without feedback from the Inbox) once the "Proceed" button is
pressed.
I get the following warning in the magnolia-debug.log:
