{{info.magnolia.module.webdav.mapping.ResourcesMapping}} did a couple of
things, among which exposes nodes from the resources workspace with a
meaningful file name and extension to WebDAV.
Since 4.5/1.1, {{getExtensionForExportOf}} doesn't do anything useful anymore,
because
# the template names of the resources module have changed
# more resource types exist. In particular, binary/images won't get a proper
extension with the current code.
