Update Forum module documentation to 4.5:
http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/modules/forum.html
Content at present cuts across back-end, front-end and middle ground, ranging
from dec oriented to editorial. Restructure and validate content against 4.5.3.
Link to reference documentation on Components.
Also, make note that the forum module will also need to link to the Forum
components page (and VV) when that page is complete.
