Some of our modules do not provide templates (just paragraphs or ftl only).
These modules don't have a node "templates" in their configuration.
Would be nice if the migration scripts would process these modules correctly,
too.
Case 1: Module without nodes "templates", "paragraphs": scripts fail on ID
creation (module with ftl-files needed for other modules)
Case 2: Module without node "templates", but with paragraphs: paragraphs are
not migrated correct
