When using "direct" drag & drop (clicking somewhere on the green bar (not the
drag-icon) and moving the edit-bar onto another, so the green "+"-icon appears)
doesn't work in 4.5.4. If I remember correctly this worked in 4.5.3.
Problem can be reproduced in Magnolia demo.
