It is currently empty, which hasn't been a problem because the code flow will
never pass a class without the annotation to the builder and the exception will
never be thrown. When used in other scenarios and by code developed on top of
blossom it has been thrown though and needs to be improved to explain what went
wrong and include the class it failed on.
