Move JcrContainer related classes from admincentral to vaadin-integration module

{{AbstractJcrContainer}} and related classes (save concrete implementations,
such FlatJcrContainer, SearchJcrContainer etc.) should go to the
vaadin-integration module together with related {{JcrNodeAdapter(s)}}. This
also entails moving some classes to ui-model, i.e. WorkbenchAction* (much like
we have similar classe in model for Dialog actions) which are needed for tests,
as vaadin-integration, obviously, does not depend on admincentral. In general,
imho, we need to review admincentral, model and framework and define clearly
what goes where.
