Summary: Dialogs: fix focus order and put focus on a default field

Description:
* When tabbing from input field to input field, we should switch to the first
field on the next tab, if I've arrived at the last field of the current tab.
* Likewise, but inverse, if I'm using Shift+Tab to work my way up through
fields.
* When a dialog is opened or reloaded, the focus should be:
** on the first input field, if there are no errors to be shown.
** on the field with the first error, if there are only errors or if there are
errors and warnings.
** on the field with the first warning, if there are only warnings.
