Since MGNLINTEMPL-21 it's possible to version templates on save, but only when
edited by dialog from within Magnolia. Since it is possible to expose templates
by other means (e.g. via WebDAV) it should be possible to version templates
also in reaction to such external updates.
And since there is lack of interaction with users when versioning
asynchronously it should be possible to extract version comment directly from
the template itself.
