Description: As in MGNLMIGRATION-77 the Migration tool skips
processing of FTL files from the site definition. The fix to MGNLMIGRATION-77
appears in new version 1.2.x written in Java, but is not working. (was:
Testing with the Coop project, the main.ftl script defined in the Magnolia site
definition is still not migrated.
We should fix that asap, because it's the most important script.)
