Summary: Project restructuring for 5.0 (was: Remove old AdminCentral)
Description:
This is a cross-projects issue involving several projects, namely
magnolia_main, several ce modules, STK and and the CE bundle. This main issue
will hold references to the related jira issues spread in different projects.
The rationale for this restructuring and the action to be taken is explained at

was:Remove adminInterface, fckEditor and gui from project (if possible) - use
old jars instead.
