Dialog opened from another dialog is not centered correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto pages app
2. Select demo-project and edit page
3. Edit page properties
4. Click select button of Search Page
Now outcome is that Select a contact dialog is placed at the right side of the
browser view. Expected outcome is that the dialog would be centered.
