Currently an admincentral bootstrap sets the thumbnails width and height to
230px so that they can be resized. Consider if they should start out at 70px
and then get swapped to 230px if a user performs a resize.
config.modules.imaging.config.generators.thumbnail.xml

When they resize - now all of the images shift around- is this OK? Do we want
to implement how it was on the prototype where things do not shift around so
much?
