Simplify VShellViewport handling of app visibility

On MGNLUI-307, displaying logic was partly copied to server in
{{ShellViewport}}, this improved slightly behaviors on "soft" browser refresh
(i.e. without {{?restartApplication}} param).
The goal of this issue is now to review the client-side implementation in
{{VShellViewport}}, to simplify visibility processing in {{#updateFromUIDL()}}
method. Ideally, visibility of apps should simply be delegated to
{{#setVisibleApp()}} method.
Currently, one may easily trigger odd behaviors when switching between running
apps after soft refresh.
