Obviously the naming of the mentioned types was inspired by Vaadin's
TwinColSelect.
We should try to stay as vaadin-independent as possible - especially with
naming. In addition our coding convention
(http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DEV/Code+Style) recommends to not use
abbreviations in classnames.
Hence the types should be renamed to TwinColumnSelectFieldDefinition + ~Builder.
