Summary: Lot's of exceptions when rendering demo-project/demo-feature

Description:
Dam#getAssert(Node, String) log's lots of exceptions when rendering
demo-project pages.
One reason seams to be the fact we're always trying to retrieve the asset node,
even if the property is not around (which is a valid case). In other cases
content of demo-project's bootstrap files has not been properly adapted yet.
