Currently there is an "Edit page properties" action which opens a dialog
enableing edit of the Page name, title, and template. But the intended UI is
that one opens the Page editor and there is a "Edit page properties" action
there which provides all the proper fields.
Confirmed with Andreas.
Action should be removed from main subapp.
