Adapt all imaging references in bootstrap files of demo-project

New Dam is more restrictive than previous one. That's why we now get lots of
exceptions, when navigating in the Demo-Project. Looks like it's because of
invalid image entries (e.g. uuid's to non existing assets, orphan image
entries, etc...)
We should clean up all bootstrap files. Maybe we could use the appropriate
Migration tasks (MGNLDAM-55) for it then export the content again.
