In NodeAdapter, filter new empty property (do not set these newly created
properties to the node in case they are empty).
Default dehavior: Do not stored empty property to the JCR repository.
Currently, when creating a new Item using a dialog, even empty properties are
stored to the JCR node. This should never be the case.
