We are running the scheduler to pull the third party information and do auto
publish the data into public.
While one thread do the publish activity, one of our developer started the
scheduler again mistakenly. So publish activity was with two threads. Parent
node gets locked because of this mistake.
The job is not coming out successfully. Please advise.
