CKEditor: Get rid of custom made Vaadin 7 port

By default CKEditor wrapper only supports Vaadin 6. CKEditor was ported to
Vaadin 7 by taking the codebase of CKEditor wrapper and modifying it to support
Vaadin 7. This is not a permanent solution. Instead when author of CKeditor
wrapper will provide official support for Vaadin 7 we should use it and get rid
of this custom port we have now.
Actions required:
1. Provide our port to CKEditor wrapper dev for reference and help.
2. Use official v7 compatible wrapper WHEN it is available.
