Description: After moving activation commands from adminInterface to this
module the previous clover coverage threshold of 59% is no longer met. Need to
write more tests (duh!). Also, due to changes in BaseActivationCommand
info.magnolia.module.activation.commands.ActivationCommandTest.testActivateNonRecursiveNoSiblings()
is now failing due to EasyMock setup issues and my attempts to fix it were in
vain. Test has been disabled for the time being and needs to be re-enabled as
soon as possible. (was: After moving activation commands from adminInterface
