The filters feature does not accept simple search terms like documented here: http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/usermanual4/dataworkspace.html ("Filters Fields").
Filters don't work if you just enter a plain word into the filter content. There is some kind of regular _expression_ expected by the source code (the problem is in class "AggregateFilter" and the method is called "matchSingleString").
The code should be fixed to make it possible to just enter a plain search term otherwise the feature is too complicated for users.
