Clicking a notification will cause app title and close button to go outside viewport. Steps to reproduce:
1. Open messages app
2. Write error notification and send it
3. Click the error stripe and notifications pulse tab will open
4. Return to app and notice that app title and close button are not visible any longer
App looks like it's been shifted too much over the top and at the bottom there is equal amount of empty green space that is is missing from the top.
Consequences: Cannot close app as close button is not visible.
Tested with Chrome.
Reproduced in Firefox.
