Description:

After migration of ee-bundle the logo and search is missing in branding area.
Step to reproduce:
1. Install clean Magnolia 4.4.6 ee-bundle
2. Migrate to magnolia 4.5.7/8-SNAPSHOT ee-bundle
3. in config/modules/extended-templating-kit/config/sites/default/templates/prototype/areas/branding/areas logo area and search area are missing
But config/modules/standard-templating-kit/config/site/templates/prototype/areas/branding/areas/ contains those areas
