Description:

We need to provide a component for planet feeds showing author statistics.
Features of this component:
- the component should have a title (like "Top Ten Posters")
- the component should have a subtitle/legend (like "Over the last three months")
- the number of feeds shown in the list can be limited
- show authors list sorted by authors with most posts on top
- have the (optional) ability to show count of posts after the author's name
- have the (optional) ability to link to the author's blog
- each author should have an associated (feed) icon with the link to the blog feed
Note: The link to the author's blog must be extracted from feed posts and can not be created with 100% accuracy.
See the attached sketch for an example.
