Hi Jürgen,

I don't think this will be easy to do via shell-script, but a groovy script run
inside magnolia's groovy shell could be a good solution.

Regards from Vienna,

Richard

Betreff: [magnolia-dev] Import/Export via shell script

Is there a way to export and import JCR-Content via shell script?

Our problem is, that we have a huge amount of content in the JCR. When we want
to export the whole data repository our problem is that the standard export
process took a huge amount of server resources.

Via shell script we want to iterate through the subnodes and create for each
subnode a separate xml file.
For the import script we want to load the single subnode xml files and import
them back to the JCR.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards.
