The list of actions in the Action bar has the wrong order. It seems this is the case since we updated to Vaadin 7.
In general, the order of groups of actions and actions themselves should be like this:
1. Group with actions to add items, then delete items
2. Group with edit actions in this order: view/preview, edit, duplicate, move, (others)
3. Group with publish actions: publish, publish w subs, unpublish
4. Other groups
