has the wrong order
- as well, since groups themselves show up in the wrong order as well (see linked issue)

is the case since we updated to Vaadin 7.
In general, the order
of groups of
actions
and actions themselves should be
inside groups is defined
like this:
1.
Group with
Add/delete group: first
actions to add items, then
to
delete items
2. Group with edit actions
in this order
: view/preview, edit, duplicate, move, (others)
3. Group with publish actions: publish, publish w subs, unpublish
4. Other groups
: order had to be defined on a case-by-case basis
