Abstract types should always start with "Abstract" - so MailBasedAbstractPasswordStrategy should be named AbstractMailBasedPasswordStrategy.
Also I'd not introduce that supertype unless it's very likely it'll be extended by several types. AFAIK there's only MailChangePasswordLinkStrategy extending it right now.
