Description:

We need to have a working filtering feature for feed content that is processed by the planet data collector command.
We wil use the same interface in the data module's RSS Aggregator dialog for creating filters.
The existing filtering features in RSS Aggregator do not work and it would be too much work to fix all the existing problems.
