Description:

Now at the 1.4.5 the control for the email body was rearranged. The problem is very easy to reproduce.
1. Save something in the text-body.
2. Save it and go back to the dialog.
3. Then you didn't see the form body. But the radio button is selected.
Workaround: You can click to html and then to text. Then the textbox will displayed.
