Description:

Currently, the buttons/controls of the CKeditor toolbar shown for rich text fields show up in two rows. They should, by default, only occupy a single row.
We could achieve this by:
- leaving away undo/redo
- removing the special character button
- and/or combine the external and internal link fields
- using a different theme with slightly smaller icons or less padding
