CssLayout "mgnl-content-view" is no longer necessary in workbench views, since it only fulfilled padding purposes and that padding is gone.
Therefore tables can be direct children of the WorkbenchView's VerticalLayout, so they should update their size automatically.
We also drop the client-side hacks in postLayout phase in MagnoliaTableConnector and MagnoliaTreeTableConnector.
