Sub Task summary:
Create a DeleteAction/Definition/Command to use for normal hard delete (Config app)
Create a MarkAsDeleteAction/Definition/Command to use for content app (Pages/Assets)
Create a specific Action Bar for Content mark as deleted with the following Available actions.
- View Preview Version --> Open the page in page editor in preview mode (Action are the same)
- Restore previous version --> Restore the preview version (http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-1252)
- Activate Deletion --> Send the deletion to the workflow (http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-1250)
Add Command definition in the ui-admincentral configuration.
Adapt the current delete action in order to use the new delete command action.
