Description:

MAGNOLIA-3134 disallow create users with same name in different realm. But for example if we use ldap than we need user with same name in ldap and admin realm. So we add allowCrossRealmDuplicateNames property into MgnlUserManager (MAGNOLIA-4881) which allowing create user in realm when user with same name already exist in different realm.
