On page editor main view (tree/list) when a end user double click on a page mark as deleted:
A pageEditor sub app has to be open with a static page indicating that this page was requested to be removed.
A page marked as deleted is associated to a static template. (deleted template, set in the markPageasDeleted command).
Create the ftl and template definition.
