The classes in the list are excluded from instantiation of components. This can avoid similar issues as this one: MAGNOLIA-4455 (but don't mention this issue as example, bacause the problematic class {{com.zeroturnaround.bundled.org.apache.commons.logging.Log}} is now excluded by default).
