Description:

The collapsed action bar on a Desktop system:
- should be less wide
- its lines separating the action groups should have a smaller padding on the left, when the action bar is collapsed.
- the action icons are closer to the left edge in the collapsed state of the action bar than they are in the expanded state.
- the opening/closing arrow should be closer to the right edge. Please align it with the left edge of the app close icon above - don't put it as close to the edge as we see it in the visual design, as else it will become unusable.
