Description: We need to define additional button states. The current button do not provide enough feedback on user input.

For both the default and all other buttons we need:
* a mouse-hover state acting as invitation to press the button
* a different pressed state - Pascal doesn't think  it  the current one  fits  (I tend to agree)
* a way to signal that the button currently has the keyboard focus
** buttons have to be in the tab order of a form
* a disabled state
