I've attached the visual design for showing errors on login. A couple of remarks:

  • The arrow is actually centered on the text input fields. That's not necessary - you may also center it on the green box itself.
  • Make sure you don't give away if the password or the username are wrong, just mention sth like "The user name and/or password don't match" or similar. We might have a good text in 4.5 already (didn't check).
  • The designers choose lighter colors for the labels and buttons here. Please stick to the current colors as their contrast is way better.

And finally, please don't use Latin, just plain English, please.
