Description: When the Security App is launched using a bookmark it does not focus the correct sub app and does not select the node in the workbench.

For instance:

http://localhost:8080/.magnolia/admincentral#app:security:roles;/templater-base:treeview:

Shows the Users sub app but it should be the Roles sub app.

Also, the  order of the  sub apps  appear in a different order  are wrong , the Roles sub app is the second sub app when the app starts from bookmark.
