Description:

Can you please make sure that the two "empty message"s, which we show if there are no favorites and no messages, show up at the same position from the top of the page? That way, if you switch between Favs and Pulse initially, the icons-plus-message doesn't jump, but appears to cross fade.
Currently, the Pulse icon is further down. The Favs icon plus message is actually at the better position, so please move the Pulse icon up a bit so that its on the same heights and Favs.
