I don't think this is specific to blossom. For any requests that you don't want to be handled by Magnolia's rendering engine, just configure bypass on CMS subchain in filter chain (config:/server/filters). IF you don't want even Magnolia Context set for the request you can configure bypass on the filter chain itself.
