Description:

Appears to be in the app launcher component, the AppLauncherLayoutManager does not encounter a problem, the server side state of the AppLauncher component looks correct. But everything after the incomplete app is not shown.
On the other hand, if it is to be shown on the app launcher it needs to fail gracefully when launched.
