Description:

This is a regression. Choose dialog takes the path parameter that was pre-selecting the path. This no longer works. Steps to reproduce:
1. Open pages app
2. Edit text and image content where there is rich text editor
3. Create a link to some page
4. Edit that link
Expected result would be that edited link should be pre-selected but no selection is actually made.
