which should be





http://localhost:8088/magnoliaTestPublic/rss/?generatorName=templateContent&category=content&subCategory=news&siteRoot=/demo-project&mgnlIntercept=PREVIEW&mgnlPreview=false





Current fix will only skip URLs with two "?".
