To reproduce:
* Open the Configuration app
* Add a folder and a folder within it
* Use keyboard to select the inner folder
* Hint enter to rename and save
* The arrow keys still works
* Now expand the modules node
* Move down to the inner folder
* Rename it
* Its now not possible to use the arrow keys anymore
Its also the same if you add a property instead of a inner folder
The problem only occurs if the modules node is expanded. Likely has to do with the number of visible items.
